HealthClicks is led by an experienced management team with extensive domain knowledge and a strong performance history of bringing new initiatives to market. The team encompasses expertise including TJC best practices, healthcare facility operations, facility construction & maintenance, HVAC & air quality, enterprise & consumer software, AI/ML, Internet of Things (IoT), finance, marketing, and legal.
Gary Spirer leveraged his MBA in finance from Columbia University to become an investment banker, investor, and entrepreneur who has transacted over $500 million of real estate development and syndication.
Gary is the founder of the interactive video hosting, marketing, engagement and analytics platform ManyClicks, which HealthClicks is built upon. This interactive engagement platform measures viewers’ opinions, insights, and answers to surveys, polls, quizzes, and segments and responds to them in real-time. He is also an author and a public speaker.
Bryan brings 40 years of construction and facilities maintenance experience to the HealthClicks team. Previously, Bryan was VP of Pre-Construction Services for Performance Contracting where he was responsible for nationwide pre-construction activities as well as national and regional maintenance programs for medical, biotech and semiconductor facilities. Many of the maintenance activities were Joint Commission compliance requirements.
Bryan matriculated from Arizona State University and lives in Austin, TX.

Shan has over 38 years’ experience in healthcare finance, hospital operations, healthcare construction and telemedicine. He is the Founder/Owner of MILSpec Logistics LLC and an editor of The Joint Commission healthcare accreditation process. Previously, he was Vice President of Ancillary Services and Environment of Care for Baptist Health System for 10 years. Prior to that he served as CFO for Brooke Army Medical Center.
Shan is a US Army veteran and received his MBA from Syracuse University. He is also a Committee Member of the Texas Military Institute Finance & Strategic Planning and lives in San Antonio, TX.
Kaisa started her career in Finland in the Finnish court system. She transitioned her career to banking and insurance where she dealt with tailored voluntary life insurance resolutions, financing, banking, real estate, and pension foundation consulting. After moving to New York City she spent 12 years at Ernst & Young’s International Tax Law Department as a Marketing Executive focusing on Fortune 500 customers. She is the founder of Eurocircle, a social media network for European ex-patriots in the US, and a co-founder of ManyClicks, an online interactive marketing tool.
Kaisa graduated from the University of Helsinki with a degree in Law and currently resides in Austin, TX.
Drew started his career at Imperial Capital in Los Angeles as a research analyst covering homebuilding and retail sectors in 2007. In 2008, he moved to New York to work for Hamlin Capital, a multi-asset manager with more than $3bn under management. Before HealthClicks, Drew was a Senior Financial Controller for Performance Contracting, where he managed the construction of commercial and industrial facilities.
Drew graduated from Claremont Mckenna University with a BA in Economics and currently resides in Austin, TX.
Doug brings 30 years enterprise sales, marketing, and alliance experience in enterprise IT software and infrastructure as an advisor to HealthClicks. He is VP of Business Development for Inspire Semiconductor where he works with F500 customers and strategic alliance partners. Doug has expertise in both traditional IT enterprise and Cloud/Edge/IoT software and infrastructure, including deep domain knowledge in AI/ML, engineering/scientific, and life sciences computing.
Doug earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology and lives in Austin, TX.
